Disable printers and faxes...

What registry tweak\setting can I use to hide\disable printers and faxes from the start menu? I know that you can do it through the advanced settings of the taskbar but it is not practical in a call centre for a network of 100+ computers. I know that the following CLSID {2227A280-3AEA-1069-A2DE-08002B30309D} has something to do with it but I have modified and deleted this value but to no avail? I'm also using group policy (win2k domain) but there is no setting that I can see which goes far enough to remove\hide or disable that setting.

group Policy is the safest way. I do not know of hiding the setting or removing it from the start menu, but you can disable the ability to add printers, or to only add printers from a specific server.
