Disable the scheduling tab in MS Outlook 2000 for certain users

Good Day,
I need to disable the scheduling tab for an individual so that when someone is trying to schedule an appointment with them, they can’t see their “Free/busy/out of office” status on the scheudling tab. Can this be done from the exchange server side and if so, HOW???
