Disabled CD and CD writer

After installing Easy CD the CD rom and CD Writer weren’t available. When I check in user manager both these devices are coming up with a error code 19 message. I’ve followed the help by uninstalling and reinstalling and have altered the security settings under regedt32 with no effect.
