disabling ACPI

how do i disable the

(ACPI IRQ holder for PCI IRQ steering)

on my KA7-100 mobo? its sharing 4 different IRQ's and i think its conflicting with my video card...

You can't disable an IRQ holder for PCI Steering. IRQ holders can share IRQs with other devices without a conflict. If you are having video problems it is not because your video card is sharing an IRQ with and IRQ holder for PCI IRQ steering.

its not the IRQ holder i want to disable..its the ACPI-advanced configuration and power interface

the ACPI power management monitors the IRQ i think this is causing the blank screens and system hangs.. i've troubleshooted my computer for everything else, this and flashing my BIOS(dont want to do) are the last things left...
i have a previous post (blank screens) that explains my problem a bit...

start-->control panel-->monitor-->screensaver-->ACPI (settings) -->choose always on.

always on is just an option, it doesnt remove it from the system... well i figured it out but that still didnt fix the problem, thx anyways...
