Exchange 5.5 sp3, Outlook 98 & 2000 – In the past month, calendar appointments have disappeared out of the Outlook Public Folders three times. The default access to the calendars is “author”. I do not believe that someone is deleting the appointments. The Public Information Store is located on one server and is not replicating to any other server in our site. Even though I can recover deleted items in regular folders on the public information store, I can’t recover the deleted items on the calendars because the feature is not available. I’m assuming that Microsoft does not allow this feature for calendars. There are no errors in the server’s event logs. Does anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot or fix this problem? Thanks!!
