What would cause a background picture to disappear after each login. This picture is seen just prior to the login screen and also for a few seconds after. Just prior to the completion of Windows startup, the image disappears and has to be added backto the background.
This machine is a Windows 95 machine running as a workstation on an NT/Novell platform.
One clue may be that we recently performed a re-install of Office 97 prior to this problem occurring.
