We just recieved some laptops and upon initial installation, my staff and I also loaded 3 pieces of software under our own names. Before loading the software, we joined into our domain instead of logging into the local computer. My question is the following. When we started handing these laptops out, we had to reset all the shortcuts that were created to the desktops and the pritners that were added before. Is there a way that this can show up by default instead of us having to redo this time after time for each user.
