Disappearing Server CALs

I have Server 2003 and every now and again, when I go through Control Panel, Adm Tools, Licensing, it shows that I have no client access licenses, when in fact, I have 80. I go through the process of re-entering the licenses, only to have them disappear again after a couple of weeks. Any ideas??
