Have a file (Excel) that everytime it is opened and worked on parts of the text start disappearing from the bottom of the screeen and works its way up the page. If you get out of the file the entire system (desktop and any other apps) looks the same(like Chinese). Ran every virus check known on it. Comes back clean.
