Disappering Profiles

I have a customer her using Windows NT 4.0 on a PIII 650 with 256MB of memory. She said she got some kind of memory error and now when she logs on she has a blank screen with no icons and the start menu only has Programs, Documents, and help (which doesn’t help at all). The funny thing is when anybody else logs in with there own profile they get everything with no problems. This is one I have never came accross before any help will be great.
