disaster recovery software

Is there software that i can buy that will allow me to do backups of every sector on my servers, and that it creates a boot disc so if i have to do a restore it will restore the whole machine including the OS ? also is there software like this for PCs as well ? NOT GHOST, i want somthing i can run to my seagate venom drive which backs up on tape.
