I have a network drive mapped and I cannot disconnect it?

Please provide more information:
- How is it mapped? (a batch file or explorer)
- What's your credentials on the machine?
- How do you try to unmap it?
- what prompts, if any, are you getting?
- Does it get unmapped but the next time you reboot it gets mapped again?

Hi we were able to solve the question. We have an batch job that is running on that server and it actuallly makes the connection. I stopped the service and re-boot . Everything is fine now. Thanks for your help
