Disk Allocation

We recently purchased a new SAN, MTI Vivant V30. A 128GB LUN was created and made visible to an NT 4 server(SP5). But the server does not see the LUN, a 9GB LUN was created and NT did see the LUN. I know NT can see up to 2TB (realistically). Do you know if NT has a known bug with SP 5?
