This one is weird. When I start Disk Clean Up on the C: drive of a certain machine, it starts the Access install manager, and looks to c:\ for install files. I would have put an office cd in and let it go, but I did not have one to hand at the time.
Any thoughts? Think ccleaner would fix this?
