Disk Manager do not starting

If I try to start the Disk Manager in W2K, I receive an error. First I got an Error “The server could not start”. Then I used dcomcnfg to register again the Disk Manager. Now I get an error that I have not enough rights to start the Disk Manager.Can somebody helf me?
