Disk quota

By williamoshea ·
dear colleagues,
I wish to implement disk quota. but I suspect that every user folder on the drive must have the same quota limit. is there anyway i can specify different limits by groups or even by individual user accounts.???

Yes, you can. In Quota properties of the drive, click on Quota Entries button, then you can add a New Quota Entry, select the user/group to apply to and the quota size.

Hi ya, i need to know the same info.

I think you can only assign disk quota to NTFS volumes, in which case i'm pretty screwed as my Home Directories and general net shares are on the same volume. So any info anyone can provide on this will be great,
