I was wondering if there is a way that I can set a file server’s 400 GB hard drive to alert all administrators that the volume has less than 50 GB of space remaining? I usually have to monitor it all the time. Once it reaches less than 50GB, I back up files in DVDs and then delete them from the HD to make more room.
I dont think disk quotas will do the job, will it?
