Alright so, straight to the point, I accidentally dropped my desktop computer transporting it. And when I plug it in, the hard disk WITH ALL MY FILES IN IT, won’t appear on the bios boot sector manager. What do I do now?

      There are three possibilities:
      1. The power or data cable to the disk became disconnected. Then correct that.
      2. Unlikely, but possible: the port it’s connected to on the motherboard is damaged. Try another port.
      3. The hard disk is damaged. Then replace that (preferably by an SSD). Get your files back from your backup or pay a data recovery company to restore them.

As we say here: you only can lose what you didn’t backup.
