Give us a little help. How much space do you have left and how much RAM to you have?
Your Pagefile will take 1.5 times your RAM or if you have 512 MB then pagefile will tak 784MB. If you don't have that much left you are nearing a crash.
Make sure your temp directory is emptied, I recently found a user with over 10,000 entries in his temp directory. Some programs create more temp files than others.
Temp is located in:
c:\Documents and Settings\Usernames\Local Setings\Temp. These are normally hidden so you may have to show hidden files. In Windows Explorer\Tools\Folder Options\View and check the "Show Hidden Files and folders" button and OK.
You should also go into Internet Explorer and delete files if you haven't done it for a while. tools internet Options\Delete files and Delete cookies.
You can also run cleanmgr, some peiople have a problem with this one though.
Empty recylce bin.

Please report back with particulars.

You might also check your c:\%windir%temp directory for entries.

If you are using windowsXP the try clearing the prefetch folder.
type 'prefetch' in the run dialog box and delete whatever is in it ...
maybe that would help.
really we r gonna need more info on the error like the stop code under technical info or the operating system and the PC configuration..
