How can i connect a diskless workstation to an NT 4.0 domain ?. ( Floppy drive is also disabled ) Is it posible to load Windows 95/98 and all other applications ( like office 97 ) from the server? .

Your best point of reference for setting up remote boot environment is the NT 4 Server Resource Kit. It covers setting up the services, troubleshooting etc, and isn't half bad.
From personal experience I can tell you that Win95, Win311 and NT4 Workstation can be RPLed, although NT4 really performs badly in such an environment.
I'd strongly suggest using Win95 for this sort of setup.
You can have all the applications loading from the RPL servers without any major problems, too.
As an important tip though, make absolutely certain that your network can handle the traffic. If you are talking about more than about 20 clients, you'll find that 10meg ethernet won't be enough. With more than 50 clients, we found that switched ethernet (10 meg) to the desktop, and 100 meg switches for the servers brought performance up to quite reasonable levels.
