bridge.dll is part of ad-ware package Win Favorites. If you haven't already done so, download, update, and run Spybot and Ad-Aware SE. Both are available at Download.com.

If it's a vestige left after adware removal, run msconfig -> startup and remove any entry containing bridge .dll.

If you are comfortable with editing the registry, search for and delete any keys containing bridge.dll.

I agree with willcomp. Here's a link with info onbridge.dll:

http://www.2-spyware.com/file-bridge-dll.html

AdAware SE and SpyBot should be able to remove it just fine (along with most other spyware on your pc). If you just want to remove this particular spyware app there is a download on the site for it.

Cheers.
