Displaying a table with many rows on a form Access 2003

Access 2003 question.
I have a Table of projects and a table or tasks. Linked by project number. How do I design a form to display query results to show all the tasks related to a project. And then, be able to update a field on each task displayed and have an update query store each task back on the tasks table with the update.
