Displaying Server Name at login

This is silly but I need help– I cannot remember where you configure NT 4.0 to display the server name at the login screen (in the banner that says Windows NT 4.0). I would like to fix this on a server that has stopped showing this box at login. It does not seem to be Winnt\system32\repl\import\scripts. Thanks.
