My email occasionally disappears, usually @ the worst possible time. I can see that there are unread msgs in the folder, then when I click on the folder, it is empty. If I look in the store folder, I see the {folder}.idx file and the same w/ a {1} after the folder name. The folder w/ the 1 is a new, empty folder. MS mentions it, but they were not very clear. Also want to know how to access those idx files.
