From Active Directory User and Computers, local the Distribution Group and right-click and choose properties. On the Exchange General tab, set the Message restrictions to Accept Messages: Only From: click ADD and either add all the users, or selecta mail-enabled group that contains all users.

If this is your *All DL you can put itself into the Accept Only From: and it works fine.
Example: You want your DL *All-Users to only accept messages from the people in that DL. Simply put itself into the Accept Messages: Only From: *All-Users.

Change its Internet e-mail alias to something that will never route over the internet... something like all@youllnevernevergethere.com
