I have a DKC 5000 scanner made by SONY, it is attached to a SCSI card and also fucntions in conjunction with a microsope. This device is used for medical purposes only, I tried to install the software ofr this devide under WINDOWS 2000 but when I goto the device manager I get an exclamation mark because WIN2000 does not have a driver for it and the software package used with this device doesn’t use the driver correctly causing it not to be recognized. Please help?
