We recently purchased an h/p all in one machine. We tried installing the software but a dll file failed to load, and it wont install the software…
Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?? we contacted h/p and they sayits a windows problem to contact MS, we contacted MS and they want 35 dollars for them to give me an answer…
