DLL Question

Hello,
I am interested in learning what, if any, DLL contains functions that return the total system memory? This is for an NT environment.

Also, in general, how would I go about accessing a DLL to see what functions are included? I am interested in making some tools using VB script.
Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
