DLL Trapping

Does anybody know of a tool to monitor DLL usage as it happens, real time, in Windows 2000. I have several tools that monitor DLL calls for Win95/98, but cannot find one for Win2K. OpenTrap is one that I use often in Win95/98 environemnt.
