I seem to be getting the following error, nearly everytime I switch on my laptop and connect to wireless internet:

I dont understand as I have only been getting this recently, sometimes it starts all of a sudden when I am on the internet, I had a look on the internet, on other sites and most of them say it might be a firewall problem, but do not have solutions, I do use Norton Internet security package, (on the box it says that it is Vista compatible, it also came with my pc.
