This is the message I get a few time while I am online, usually through mIRC. I have reecently switched to DSL, and am wondering if this may have caused this problem, and what other problems may I be experiencing?
Also where would I go, and what steps should I take to resolve this issue. (as when it happens, I am not able to get to where I want.)
