Need more info...
You want redirect all users from you web site to another web site,, like,, www.yoursite.com to www.anothersite.com ??? if you need it, do it from the IIS
Or you want to change the ip corresponding to yoursite.com from x.x.x.x to y.y.y.y ??
What do you need ??
You need it, do it form the Primary DNS Server..

I'm going to have to assume a lot of things here based on the post.

If you want your current website to be displayed when someone enters a different URL then you'll want to do a few things. Setup a DNS entry for your new domain to point to the IP address as your current website. Then also enter another Host Header for your new domain in IIS. Your new domain will then resolve to the existing content.
