I have built a small Windows 2000 Network in my home using 1 Windows 2000 server and 2 Windows 2000 Workstations. Everything internal works fine. All components sit behind a Linksys DSL/Cable Router which is connected to the Modem. For some reason sometimes the DNS resolves but other times it doesn’t. Someone said I needed to setup forward lookup and reverse lookup zones in DNS on my Windows 200 server so that the clients would be forwarded to the ISP’s DNS servers. I have all the IP’s I need. How do I do this ?
