I have a Windows 2008 domain with 2 sites configured with sites and services. Both sites have DC and DNS servers. Domain is single forest, single domain. I proxy servers at both sites. Proxy is called proxy.domainname.local. What I want to achieve is that if a user is at site 1 and type proxy.domainname.local it points to ip address of proxy server at site 1 and if a user in site 2 types in the same host name it resolves to proxy in site 2 through the DNS server in site. The DNS is configured at AD Integrated.
Any ideas how I can achieve this.
