I have a location which I am trying to use the same dns server for both .com and .net domains. I have created a zone called company.com with pointers to all my hosts and an MX record to mail.company.com. I then created a new zone named company.net with points to the same hosts but I want the MX record to go to mail.company.net so that I may run two seperate email servers. All seams to work fine but the .net MX record gets returned as a blank response from a dnslookup. I get the proper ip address returned from mail.company.net and I can telnet into both ports 25 and 110 using mail.company.net
