Do It Best Hardware connection using ISA 2004

By ljr1949 ·
I installed a new firewall using ISA 2004 SP2 replacing a NetGear device. I opened the same ports on the new firewall as were opened on the old; however when we try to send and recieve data to DIB it is blocked. I contacted the tech department at DIB but they can not help me. Has anyone else setup a DIB connection with ISA or can someone suggest to me what settings I need to change on the new firewall?

I could ask 20 question on your ISA setup in order to make an guess at the problem. One would be, how is ISA server configured? Intergrated, Perimeter, Firewall mode? Proxy mode? Is the firewall client program installed on client computers? blah blah.
