Recently, I was given a form and told to leave it for any user when anything was done to it. The form says that I worked at the computer on XX day, at XX time to do XX task. And then if the computer was restarted, if any open files were saved to a temp directory. The place I am supporting has 18 computers. Is it common to have be asked to do this kind of thing?
