Document Failed to print.

Hello,

I have a network print that is not printing one user’s documents. All the other users who use the printer has no issues with printing to this printer. I’ve unistalled, released the IP address and flushed the dns, renewed and reinstalled the printer and I’m still unable to print from this users work station. Any suggestions?

Do you run a server that has the printers or are the users connecting directly?

Yes, the printer use a server

The printer is on a server and connectivity hasn’t been lost recently.

Do you see the user’s doc hit the queue on the server? Could be a problem between the user and the server. Since others can print just fine
