Is there a way to specify certain Style Types (other than Header 1, Header 2, etc) as viewable in the Document Map pane in Word? I use both XP and 2000). Thanks.

Put your insertion point in the text that contains the style you want to show in the Document map. In Outline view, show the Outlining toolbar. The Outline level probably shows Body Text. Change it to Level 1, 2, or ... It will now appear in the map when you switch to Normal or Print layout. You may have to collapse and expand the map.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
