Recently installed W2K workstations on a NT 4.0 Server. Have discovered that users “My documents” folder copied ALL of the files to a common directory on the NT 4.0 server. How is this stopped? A supervisor recently discovered that all personnel reviews were in a common folder that all users had access to. These files are located on his c:\My documents folder and were automatically copied upon logoff/shutdown.
