My “My Documents” folder has lived on our server for years. Recently we purchased new workstations with windows 7 pro and office 2010. I connected everyone to their folder, and we went forward. The other day, I lost the ability to connect to several folders on the server, and I decided to reboot the server and workstation. After the reboot, I could connect to the folders, but most of my docx files were now gone, and in their place were a bunch of randomly named tmp files. I tried to rename them, and to recover the data, to no avail.
