Does anybody know how to recover damaged lotus notes file?

I tried to fix it (fixup, compact, updall) but no success. Anyone having idea about any such free utility to repair corrupt .nsf file?
Or maybe something else?

1. Open the "Start" menu and click "Computer" or "My Computer" depending on your version of Windows. Navigate to the C drive.
2. Open the "Notes" folder. Double-click on the "Notes.ini" file to open it in Notepad.
3. Place a semicolon in front of the following two lines to temporarily disable VirusScan:
4. Click the "Save" option from the "File" menu. Close Notes.ini.

If you want to recover damaged files of your Lotus Notes then the best option is to convert all of them into Word format so that you can keep them alive for a long period of time. After conversion you can print them with their internet header or not as per your choice. For more info visit:
