Does anyone have experience buying from Chimicron?

I was searching for certain hard-to-find chip (LM3S5G31-IBZ80-A2T) and found this site…………. mentioned as a source. They have it in stock and at a pretty decent price. Most of their stuff I’ve seen seems reasonably priced, but I couldn’t find mentions/opinions of the site here or in a few other diy communities.

I’m not sure the location of the company (either Hong Kong or China?), but everything is listed in dollars (but then again so is Tayda).

Has anyone purchased it through this site? Any issues with quality of the productions such as questionable authenticity? Are shipping/handling times reasonable?

    Thank you!

But when I can’t find parts on the normal sources I have turned to ebay, craigslist and then anyone that has the parts.

When I was designing electronics in the past I would call the manufacturer and ask who their distributor was. Today I find the new engineers bail when it comes to making the phone calls. Weird bunch.
