I have been asked to deploy Maximizer 10 CRM for a friends small company so they can get away from using excel docs etc. The problem I’m having (other then the fact I have nether seen this software before) is I need to print orders out to give to the delivery drivers that includes the company, what product, how many units and the cost. Unfortuantly only one report comes close and that doesn’t display the Company name where its to be delivered. Other than that if anyone has a quickstart good practices guide I’d love to have it as the company is very reluctant/won’t buy a support contract until they are convinced this is the product for them!
