I noticed that there is a blacklistUI.exe icon showing in the C drive. I am not sure what this is. I have googled and can not seem to find any good information on it. In the properties it show the company as TODO. I would like to know if this is a malicious software or is it legitimate. It is on our computer teachers computer and they no longer work here. I am cleaning it up for a new teacher. Hopefully someone can give me a clue to what this is.
