Does Win XP Pro have a TSC CAL?

Here is the list of Terminal Services commands that come up on the help menu for XP Pro.

Terminal Services commands:

change logon
change port
change user
cprofile
flattemp
logoff
msg
mstsc
query process
query session
query termserver
query user
register
reset session
shadow
tscon
tsdiscon
tskill
tsprof
tsshutdn

My search also showed up Shadow, and Terminal Services Client.

Since I don't have a W2K box, I can't compare them for you.
