Domain Cloud User Removed After Restart

    by tunstallr ·

We are currently experiencing Domain Cloud Users being deleted off of their respective local machines after a restart. The users are still able to login but will have no access to our retailing software. We have taken these machines off of the domain and put back on in hopes it would re-seat the cloud user but with no luck.

Anyone with this issue and a fix for us would be greatly appreciated.

      – What exactly do you mean with a domain cloud user?
      – What exactly is “deleted” or “removed”?
      – What cloud?
      – What restart?
      – What error messages when they do what?
      – What software on the PC, what software in the cloud?

        My terminology needs updating sorry.

I think its called a roaming user, domain based.

When ever the pc was restarted the user would be taken off of the user/account list.

I managed to resolve this by changing the pc’s name to a very specific name.

        Thank you for your time.
