Domain controller

We have a domain with three domain controllers.

The problem is that one of them is out of the domain and we can put it back of line, because

the server was stolen.

We receive a quite bit amount of errors in the
Event logs about the missing domain controller and we can remove it from the loop.

Any way to remove a domain controller from a domain when this controller is not available ?
