Domain controller

I added a new domain controller to my win2k network.I want this new machine to act as “the primary” domain controller after transferring all the services (DNS, DHCP, WINS). I want also to demote the first domain controller because it’s a weak machine and remove it from the network.Would it be possible to do that?
