Domain Controller Security Policy

Environment single domain in mixed mode only one Domain Controller.

I am unable to open my default domain policy or domain security policy from my Domain Controller either through Administrative Tools or Active Directory Users and Computers> Container> Group Policy> Default Domain Policy.

I get the same error message Failed to op the group policy object. you may not have appropriate rights
Details The system cannot find the path specified.

How do I go about fixing this?

I know this hasn’t anything to do with security permissions.

I suspected that SysVol folder is messed up and DC can’t find the GPT file (Group Policy Template). THIS IS WHAT I HAVE INSIDE
